Jewish Home Family Archives

Welcome to the digital archives of Jewish Home Family — an ever-growing digital collection celebrating more than 110 years of compassion, care, and community.

Since 1915, our organization has been a trusted resource for care, rooted in Jewish values and committed to serving people of all backgrounds. Over the decades, we’ve responded to the evolving needs of the community—from supporting orphans and children with disabilities in our early years, to creating accessible housing and innovative care for our elders.

Today, we continue to lead the way with a person-centered approach inspired by the revolutionary Green House model of care on each of our campuses. Built around the principles of Real Home, Meaningful Life, and Empowered Staff, this model creates warm, private living and family spaces where every individual is understood, valued, and supported by skilled caregivers. Elders and their families find not just care, but connection, respect, and the opportunity to live life fully.

This archive honors our legacy, preserving the moments, milestones, and stories that define who we are. Through historical press clippings, photographs, videos, and more, we invite you to explore how Jewish Home Family has touched countless lives—and continues to evolve and shape the future of elder care today.
